TANOKE presents a special sake pairing dinner featuring KONISHI, one of Japan’s oldest and most respected sake breweries, with a legacy spanning 475 years. Founded in 1550 in Itami, Hyogo, KONISHI is renowned for its Shirayuki sake and its role in shaping the history of Japanese sake craftsmanship.

This exclusive evening brings together a curated 4-course modern Japanese menu, thoughtfully paired with selected KONISHI sakes, including expressions from the Hiyashibori series and the historic Edo Genroku style. Guests will be guided through the pairings by the visiting brewery representative, offering insight into KONISHI’s heritage, brewing philosophy, and the harmony between food and sake.
