Food & BeverageFood Offerings: We specialize in modern Japanese cuisine, with all dishes prepared in-house. External catering is not permitted. We are not halal-certified; however, we can arrange special halal meals for your guests upon request. Please notify us at least one week in advance of any special dietary needs, including vegetarian and halal preferences. Beverage Options: A selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is available in-house. Corkage fees apply: $40++ for a bottle of sake or wine (720ml/750ml) and $60++ for a bottle of liquor. This fee is waived if a similar size bottle is purchased from our selection.

Event Booking ProcessEnquiry Stage: Please reach out by completing the web form provided below or by emailing connect@tanoke.sg. A dedicated team member will be assigned to help with your enquiry. Feel free to arrange a visit to our venue to see the facilities in person. Please note that all event dates are subject to availability and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking Stage: Should you decide to proceed, we will send you an agreement detailing the agreed package, minimum spend and seating plan. Your event date will be confirmed once we receive the signed agreement and the required deposit. We request any dietary preferences (such as vegetarian or halal) to be communicated at least 1 week in advance. Day of the Event: All remaining payments must be settled on the day of the event. We accept payment on-site via credit card or cash only.

Deposit & Cancellation PolicyDeposit & Booking Confirmation: To secure your event date, a deposit of 50% of the agreed package price or minimum spend is required. Cancellation Policy: More than 30 days before the event: Full refund of the deposit. 7 to 30 days before the event: 50% refund of the deposit. Less than 7 days before the event: The deposit is non-refundable.
