For one night only, TANOKE welcomes Naoko Minakuchi from Minakuchi Shuzo, the brewery behind NIKITATSU. Guests will enjoy a specially curated 4-course dinner paired with four expressions from the newly rebranded NIKITATSU range, while discovering the heritage, craftsmanship and philosophy behind one of Ehime's most respected sake producers. The event also celebrates NIKITATSU's refreshed identity, reflecting the brewery's continued commitment to quality, innovation and tradition.
Master Sake Sommelier Joshua Kalinan will share tasting insights and pairing notes throughout the dinner, offering guests a deeper appreciation of the flavours and characteristics of the NIKITATSU range.

Meet Naoko Minakuchi
Representing Minakuchi Shuzo from Ehime, Japan, Naoko Minakuchi joins us for this special evening to share the story behind NIKITATSU and the brewery's approach to sake making. Guests will gain insights into the region, brewing philosophy and the unique characteristics of each sake served throughout the dinner.
