Sake Tasting Experience with Joshua

Hosted by Master Sake Sommelier Joshua Kalinan, he will be unveiling his first sake label, Thirstypalate - a sparkling sake made with 100% Yamadanishiki from Saitama Prefecture and soft water from Tone River. Hear the interesting story behind this creation and be one of the first in Singapore to try this amazing sake!

You will also be tasting 3 other sakes (Junmai, Junmai Ginjo & Junmai Daiginjo) from the Miyagi Prefecture, paired with flavourful otsumami. This tasting event is set to captivate both sake enthusiasts and novices alike.
