Celebrate Mother’s Day with a thoughtfully curated modern Japanese menu, designed for both sharing and indulgence.
Begin with a selection of sharing starters, including Salmon Tataki with ginger–wasabi ponzu, Japanese Fruit Tomato, Salted Egg Soft Shell Crab, and Spicy Baby Corn.
For the main course, each guest may select one dish from a range of signature options such as Black Garlic Lamb Katsu, Gindara Orange Teriyaki, Spicy Tori Momo, or the Australian Sanchoku Wagyu Striploin. Premium Japanese Wagyu upgrades are also available, including A4 Kagoshima, A4 Miyazaki, and A5 Kyushu.
The experience concludes with a refreshing Açaí Sorbet with yuzu jelly.
Every mother will be welcomed with a complimentary Mother’s Day cocktail.
