Available for lunch and dinner from 13 to 15 February, TANOKE presents a Valentine’s Day dining experience designed for couples to savour and share, set within an intimate conserved shophouse along Purvis Street.

This exclusive 10-course modern Japanese sharing menu reflects TANOKE’s contemporary style, thoughtfully paced to guide guests through a refined progression of flavours. The menu highlights premium ingredients and careful craftsmanship, offering a balanced and elegant dining journey.

Guests will enjoy a series of signature small plates, indulgent foie gras bites, and the Taste of Japanese Wagyu Trio, showcasing both A4 and A5 cuts. The experience concludes with desserts crafted to finish the meal on a light, refreshing note.

Each Valentine’s Set includes a 250ml bottle of de Ai Sparkling Sake, served chilled to share. Crisp apple and grape notes with a clean, refreshing finish make it a seamless pairing throughout the menu.
